the targeted geographical area and identifies all qualified properties. The client
and ARS tour the properties and a request for proposal is made to properties that make the
cut. ARS will develop a detailed financial analysis of the remaining buildings to
find the most economical facility for the client.
The best possible terms and conditions are negotiated on the client behalf, including buildout, escalation, guarantees, and square footage price. A move-in checklist provided by ARS insures that no details are left undone. The final walk thru of the space insures client satisfaction.
